I am a trained business coach, certified Christian Leadership Coach, Certified Church Consultant, and Executive Ministry Leader. After spending a number of years working in various professional business environments and organization development, I was called to put that exprience and my gifts to work in ministry.
Now, I work with pastors, ministry leaders, and Christian leaders resourcing and releasing them to fully reach the potential God has for them.
I am very passionate about helping local churches and ministry organizations discover their purpose and mission in the communities they serve. I encourage these leaders to discover ways to be front and center in serving in their ministry setting. My ministry work is done through a non-profit ministry, Church Doctor Ministries.
I have a Bachelors Degree in Organization Development and a Masters Degree in Theological Studies with an emphasis on spiritual formation and church development.
I am actively involved in a number of ministry/mission outreach initiatives. Many of these initiatives involve “re-connecting” the local church to the community. I currently serve on the advisory boards to two Christian community outreach ministries.
My spare time, when I have it, is usually filled with reading, writing, imagining, thinking, and studying. My friends say I am an idea machine – so if you need a good idea, give me a call!
My other interests include gardening, camping, and being around water. My most favorite hobby/interest is wine tasting.
I believe the best times in life are spent with special people and a great bottle of red.
I live in Waterville, Ohio with my husband, Matt, and our black lab, Jimmie.
